In collaboration with our partner Knecht, we will soon start the installation of a completely new bench system at Aldenhoff in Schermbeck, Germany. In this new nursery azaleas will be grown.

The original plan was a manual system, because it was not expected that the desired rapid rotation rates could be achieved. After a visit with Satter Roses, Peter Alden and Bernd Hoff changed their mind.

There will now be a system installed with an automatic side transport car on one side and an automated transport line on the other side. An overhead crane will provide support in the workarea. The logistic system will be managed by Dat-A-Control.
